Biography
Lance Armstrong’s battle against cancer, his recovery and his subsequent winning of a record seven Tour de France races has made him one of the most famous sportsmen of our time.
Since his retirement, however, he now devotes his time to raising awareness and funding for cancer research, lobbying government and business leaders to devote more resources and funding to make it possible for more people to survive the disease.
