Roger Staubach
“If athletes want to have a successful post-sports career today, they need to invest the time to transfer their experience from one business to another. That means that they’ve got to give up the golf tournaments and all the things that athletes can do in the off-season. Athlete or not, you still have to work in the trenches and persevere in order to succeed. No matter what you do in life, it’s not going to happen easily, so you can’t quit.”
